Lead Veterinary Nurse
Chloe, one of the proud owners of Cranbrook Vets, started working in the veterinary industry in 2013 and qualified as a veterinary nurse in 2018. Chloe originally lived in North Yorkshire before moving to Kent. She has a keen interest in small furriers and completed her advanced nursing in small furies certificate in 2020. Chloe then went onto study advanced practice nursing and suitably qualified persons qualification in 2025. Chloe trained in a dental referral hospital and really enjoys inpatient nursing and emergency care. In her spare time she likes to spend time with her husband, daughter and naughty terrier Max.

Practice Manager  
Rhianna joined the practice in September and has quickly become an important part of the team. With over 13 years of experience managing both dental and veterinary practices, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a friendly, approachable style to her role.
Outside of work, Rhianna loves spending time with her friends and family and never says no to the occasional shopping trip.

Juste graduated from the RVC with a veterinary degree in 2025 having also completed an intercalated year in medical humanities, philosophy and law at Imperial.

Deputy Lead Veterinary Nurse
Molly has worked in the veterinary industry for over eight years and qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2021 after completing her training at the Kent School of Veterinary Nursing in Faversham. As Deputy Head Nurse, she enjoys the variety of her role, from supporting the team to providing hands-on care for patients. She has a particular passion for Schedule 3 procedures and wound management, finding it especially rewarding to help animals on their road to recovery.
Having grown up in Cranbrook, she is proud to now care for the pets of her local community. With a special love for cats, she hopes to complete a certificate in feline nursing and behaviour in the future, further developing her skills to support feline patients and their owners.
At home, Molly enjoys life with her Lurcher, Cooper, who is often seen around the practice, and Wobbles, her much-loved three-legged cat who brings plenty of character to the household.

Molly-May’s passion in the veterinary profession lies within exotic nursing and emergency and critical care! She loves any animal, scales and all, so will be happy to help where she can. This reflects on her personal life too, owning over 25 different exotic and domestic animals at home, including four parrots and three crazy Springer Spaniels!
Outside of work, she goes out on motorbike rides with her partner, spends time with her friends and family up in London and travels with her spaniels.

Isobel started off her veterinary nursing journey after finishing a degree in Wildlife Conservation. As part of her degree she spent 6 months rehabilitating African penguins and other seabirds in South Africa. As well as this she has spent time in Australia caring for rescued sea turtles, seabirds and sea snakes.

Isobel started off her veterinary nursing journey after finishing a degree in Wildlife Conservation. As part of her degree she spent 6 months rehabilitating African penguins and other seabirds in South Africa. As well as this she has spent time in Australia caring for rescued sea turtles, seabirds and sea snakes.
Isobel is soon to start the Animal Care Assistant course and then will progress onto her nursing training. Isobel has a keen interest in exotic and wildlife nursing, and how this helps the conservation of species. Having grown up in Goudhurst and gone to school in Cranbrook she is excited to care for the pets of her community. 
Outside of work she enjoys walking her neighbours German pointer and caring for her rescue Russian dwarf hamster. Isobel also has other keen interests including yoga, hiking and reading.
